NES Group Company Structure

The NES Group is structured around its discipline and regional specialist areas of recruitment. The organogram below clearly identifies each of the business units and includes their respective contribution to the overall 2007 Group turnover figure of £217m ($425m).

NES Group Company Structure

NES UK is the company division which provides contract and permanent recruitment services to the UK technical and engineering sector. In 2007, its turnover reached £110.4m ($216m).

NES Global is the Group company responsible for coordinating contract and permanent recruitment, mobilisation and logistics management for international clients. In 2007, its turnover was £70.9m ($139m).

NES IT is the Information Technology, IT and HR specialist recruitment company within the NES Group. It operates across both the public and private sectors, primarily within the UK, and in 2007 accounted for £21.7m ($42.4m) of Group turnover.

NES Track is dedicated rail recruitment business within the NES Group. As a preferred supplier of contract and permanent personnel to virtually all of the main rail organisations in the UK, the business is increasingly supporting international rail projects too. In 2007, turnover hit £12.2m ($23.9m).

NES AIM Academy is a comparatively recent addition to the NES Group, providing an integrated training solution service to many of the NES Group clients. The company is accredited to provide PRINCE2™, APMP, MSP and ITIL® courses and has developed its own training scheme to provide skilled personnel with legacy system support for major blue chip clients in the UK and overseas. In 2007, turnover reached £2.2m ($4.3m).
