Responsible for planning, overseeing and executing feasibility studies, conceptual and pre-FEED engineering studies for upstream oil and gas developments.
Studies will typically be structured to gather multidiscipline input to create lists of potential development solutions and subsequently performing economic and non-economic assessment of these solutions to identify which best supports the clients' business requirements.
You should have a wide ranging understanding of subsurface principles, production modelling techniques, facilities design, economic analysis and project execution strategies.
You should also have experience in appraise, select and define phase engineering studies. This role is to provide facilities designs that support subsurface aspects of the development. As such experience in production modelling and flow sheet development is required an understanding of flow assurance principles and production technology is advantageous.

You will be required to liaise with clients engineers and management to develop study scopes and strategies. A key part of the role is conveying study results and findings to the client often at management level. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing younger engineers.
