We are currently seeking a PIP Training Supervisor on a 12 months + position in South Carolina.

This person will lead performance monitoring and performance improvement according to NSD 125 Performance Improvement Process. Will facilitate / perform group trending and analysis of Performance Monitoring Inputs. Facilitates Improvement Process Analysis (IPA) meetings and develops reports for group. Provide direction to the PIP Coordinator responsible for PIP database and assigns PIPs to appropriate individuals within the projects team. Works with staff to develop a group self assessment plan. Monitors progress of group self assessment. Supports individuals with coaching on performing problem evaluations and resolutions to PIP's.

Single point of contact for training all staff within the organization. This is not only for vendors but includes the scheduling of personnel assigned to major projects. Provides direction to Implementation Training Coordinator responsible for identification of all required certifications and in addition reviews all resumes of craft to ensure they meet site requirements to perform assigned task.

Works closely with the training organization and inprocessing team in identifying training requred and availability of training opportunities. Assist individuals with computer based training as needed. Provides montly training requirements to all major projects staff and ensures classes are scheduled when required to maintan access and certifications.

Required qualifications: Experience in performance monitoring and performance improvement. Ability to facilitate / perform group trending and analysis of Performance Monitoring inputs, familiar with nuclear corrective action program, familiar with nuclear training and qualification program / processes, demonstrated ability to work effectively in stressful situations where priorities, schedules and job expectations vary. Knowledge of computer applications to support the position.
