1. The preparation, control, revision and co-ordination of the Field Operations Budgets (OPEX),
2. The coordination of all planning and reporting activities with respect to the overall Operations Team objectives.
The key activities are as follows:
� Assist FO Management in preparing the FO annual budget (OPEX) and the Long Term Plan (LTP)
� Prepare the budget brochure in collaboration with FO management and FI department
� Follow-up the budget in collaboration with the FO cost controller
� Prepare the regular budget forecasts and revisions
� Collate the schedules from the different Field Operations departments (including plannings related to the personnel rotations, liftings, planned shut-downs, IMR vessel utilization�)
� Update the regular Field Operations Management schedules in conjunction with the other departments such as Drilling, Engineering Works, Logistics�
� Organise and participate in the regular schedule review meetings to review planning and progress related issues
� Identify critical paths, prepare trend analyses and propose re-schedulings / rearrangements
� Track issues which can impact the scheduling (procurement, Modification Requests process, tugs/supply boats availability�)
� Provide FO Management with visibility on all schedule and progress matters
� Assist FO Management in the work progress measurements
� Coordinate and/or prepare the regular status Field Operations reports for FO Management (weekly, monthly)
