To work on a new service to extract data from systems to support service transformation,work as part of a team to
��Design the new service. must work with stakeholders to identify requirements and must use their experience to design the end-to-end service including the service support and delivery processes (i.e. the business implementation of the ITIL disciplines). Deliverables must be customer facing not IT facing, and must provide the information required to enable IT staff to translate the business design into an IT design.
��Design the new business units.
��Provide assurance of the IT deliverables derived from the service design.
��Provide assurance and input into training material.
��Provide assurance and input into the test specifications for the service components.

Essential skills

��In-depth business facing Business Analysis skills Experience of producing business process models for complex services in a multi-stakeholder environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills
��Excellent understanding of and exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle
��Exp of working in a Prince 2 environment,
��Competence in MS Office products especially MS Project and MS Visio
��Extensive exp in facilitating Workshops
��Exp of specifying the configuration of COTS (Configurable off the Shelf) software packages
��Comfortable working as part of a team
��Excellent planning and organisational skills �V able to take initiative and work to tight deadlines as required.
