My client one of the leading consulting and professional support services firm with a large Private Sector customer base are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to provide training and support for users of their document management and collaboration system. You will be there from the outset, assisting with the launch and configuration of the system as well as helping to administer it. You will also liaise closely with the client, identify opportunities for improvement and provide advice about best practice. Full training in the use and administration of the system will be provided.

You will ideally be degree-qualified, or with equivalent experience, and have knowledge of a wide range of IT applications including MS Office. You will also have experience in end user training along with using or administering web-based business applications. In addition, you will be a proven team player with plenty of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills. While it is not essential, if you have experience of working on document management systems it would be a real bonus.
