Services include scientific and specialty consulting as well as all aspects of engineering and construction, and operations & maintenance.

Role Description

They are looking for a CE& I Design Engineer for 6 month secondment to their clients Asset Care Team based at their Whitehaven office. Responsible for reviewing tasks with their team and Operations and developing scopes of work and specification packages for delivery by sub contractor under B30 Asset Care call off agreement. You should have ability to demonstrate good working knowledge of Sellafield site, understand Sellafield systems and procedures and preferably have minimum SC clearance.

Responsibilities

Liaise with B30 Asset Care team and B30 Operations team to understand requirements and deliverables for tasks and projects which will be predominantly CEI design based.

Produce scopes of work and specification in accordance with Sellafield Ltd procedures and formats from which Jacobs engineering will cost project and deliver.

Ensure all work complies with Company / Client Procedures, Company / Client and National design standards and legislation

Attend key technical meetings including optioneering workshops, constructability reviews, CDM review, project risk reviews, design reviews (SDDR�s and MDDR�s) and HAZOP�s


Requirements

Knowledge and experience of working within B30 at Sellafield
Familiarity with Sellafield Ltd. Document formats
Flexibility to work from project office co-located with client team in West Cumbria
Minimum SC clearance and P4 pass holder
