A Central Government client is looking to recruit an eCommerce Saving Manager to work in their Liverpool offices on a 4 months contract basis.

My client has an internal system used at present which saves cost as per transaction is made. However this is only a process saving and their aim is to covert this into a cashable figure. Once the savings methodologies are approved processes are designed and implemented which allow minimum human interaction to capture and report any savings on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Responsibilities:

�Identify cashable transactional savings for eProcurement system, provide methodology and gain approval
�Identify other cashable savings for eProcurement system, provide methodology and gain approval
�Identify cashable savings for eSourcing system, provide methodology and gain approval
�Establish robust reporting process for ensuring savings are captured, working with finance team, customers and suppliers
No staff to manage, will report to eCommerce Director

Skills Required

�Sufficient experience in an eProcurement environment
�Experience of basic savings methods/simple financial modelling
�Ability to work with a diverse range of interested stakeholders
�Knowledge of public sector procurement
�Knowledge of eCommerce tools

Experiences of working within the Central Government sector.

Security Clearance is required for this role, any candidates who do not currently hold valid clearance must be required if agreed by both parties to go through the vetting process which can take between 1-4 weeks.
