RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all engineering design in compliance with respective laws, standards and client specifications
• Provide management and leadership of engineering team.
• Conduct technical risk assessments
• Facilitate changes as necessary;
• Deliver projects to agreed time scale, budget and to specifications;
• Promote company image and enhance company reputation;
• Manage engineering aspects of the product/project including specifications, resources and resource planning, budgeting, tendering input

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical engineering or relevant;
• Minimum 10 - 15 years engineering design experience; experience with oil and gas equipment would be advantageous
• Management experience of an engineering design team
