Lead the Owner�s engineering management team for the execution phase of a $1.0bn+ CapEx project. The objective of the project is to recover LNG boil-off gas being flared at the LNG loading terminal. The Head of Engineering will be based initially at the EPCM contractor�s office and will be responsible for the detailed design of the project, leading a team of multi-discipline engineers.When engineering is close to completion, the engineering manager will be expected to relocate to the Site in Qatar to support the construction, commissioning and startup phases of the project as Field Engineering Manager.The Engineering Manager is the primary focal point for all engineering matters related to the design, including the interpretation of FEED design basis and its conversion into detailed design.
