My client is a leading engineering firm executing major capital projects in oil and gas upstream, midstream and downstream, and they require a Process Discipline Manager for work in their London office. The division has global experience of delivering large and complex projects including offshore in deep water and sometimes hostile conditions. You will be an acknowledged authority with strong management skills who manages the Process Department on a day-to-day basis and is capable of managing a large team of Process Engineers on a major project. This will include taking a lead on Process Design methods and procedures, preparation of Execution plans and man-hour estimates for proposals, recruitment of new staff and training and development of less experienced engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in a similar role within the oil and gas sector, which would likely include good knowledge of the engineering contracting industry.
