Our client, a consultancy, are looking to recruit a Project Planner to their offices based in London.
You will be an integral member of the project team providing a planning & programming service to projects in all stages of the project lifecycle.

Accountabilities:
� Ensure full understanding of the project objectives and scope.
� Establish the optimal construction methodologies, logic sequences & work outputs.
� Utilise all available expertise within TWC and the supply chain to develop opportunities for the project.
� Develop the optimum project time model through all phases of the proposed project including design, procurement, pre-construction, pre-manufacture, assembly, testing, commissioning, handover & occupation.
� Prepare method statements, sequence diagrams.
� Identify project constraints and critical resource requirements.
� Participate in the preparation of the risk register.

Essential experience:
1. Excellent knowledge of modern construction methods & techniques.
2. An excellent knowledge of the construction process from feasibility to handover.
3. Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality issues and a good awareness of legislation.
4. A sound understanding of industry standard documents
