Our Client is one of the leading players in the construction management market. To meet the demand of an increase in workload they require the services of Quantity Surveyors to supplement their existing team in the Yorkshire market.

The role allows exposure to the whole commercial process from inception to handover. Therefore you must have proven pre-contract experience and be able to manage a demanding but varied workload. Previous experience working on framework contracts and a detailed understanding of the process along, with experience in healthcare projects is essential.

If you have previously worked on healthcare projects and can demonstrate excellent communication skills then this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
