Our client required an experience construction site manager to work on daily maintenance works

Required as soon as possible, a highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable person to support the estates manager in the management of a school building infrastructure.

In addition to supervising the premises staff, you will be required to organise all maintenance and repair programmes for the school and will act as the school's Health and Safety Co-ordinator and Fire Officer.

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, an HND (or equivalent qualification) in a building related discipline and relevant experience, including supervisory experience. An appropriate Health and Safety at Work qualification is desirable.
